We went with Veny after about 10 different quotes, some cheaper and some more expensive.
Of all the companies they seemed to have a professional attitude with a personal attitude as well. of all the companies we met, Gavin portrayed the best and friendly and competent appearance from our initial meeting.
All the trades/ sub contractors and employees of Veny, have all been very professional delivering a high quality of work.
Every one was very friendly and open about what was being done at any point when asked.
We weren't the easiest customers as we asked Gavin to quote for a Utility/ wet room on our initial quotation.
We saw the foundations and external walls going up and changed our minds, more than once for what we wanted in the utility room. At all points this was no problem to Veny, the did our changes and adapted them around our initial quote.
I work in Customer Service where I have employees who are in and out of customers properties all day and we have a very high standard of expectation, from our staff, so I know how hard it is to hit a quality service consistently, in a changing climate of customer expectation.
Veny have delivered a constant high quality service throughout, even when building work moved into the house our property was treated with respect throughout.
I would gladly refer Veny to my friends, which in todays climate, i think that speaks volumes particulary with nightmare stories of builders delivering poor and substandard work at extortionate prices.
It is nice to have a company, that you are their primary focus whilst they are your clients, and after they have left still happy to deal with any issues or queries that arise later.
I am sure you are getting plenty of quotes like we did, but I will going forward any further building or ground works , Veny will be my first option.
